OFFICIAL RULES — Champion Property Services FIFA World Cup Ticket Giveaway (Southern California Customers Only)

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

1. Sponsor

This promotion (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Champion Property Services, located at 2125 E. Howell Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806 (“Sponsor”).

 

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Southern California who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and are customers of Sponsor who have completed the online request form. For purposes of these Official Rules, “Southern California” includes residents of the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, and Imperial. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, FIFA, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/fulfillment agencies, and immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

 

3. Entry Period

Entry began on February 8, 2026 at [Start Time, PST] and ends on June 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon) PST (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Giveaway.

 

4. How to Enter

Complete the online request form available at [URL]. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Entries that are incomplete, false, or received after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor may verify eligibility by matching the entrant’s address or telephone area code to the counties defined above; false information will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected entries.

 

5. Prizes

An undetermined amount of winners will each receive one (1) ticket or one (1) pair of tickets to a FIFA World Cup match in Los Angeles (each a “Prize”). Prize details, including seating, date, and time, will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. There is no monetary value assigned to any tickets or Prizes for purposes of these Official Rules; ARV: $0. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

 

6. Ticket Availability; Delivery

Tickets may not be available at the time of the announcement. Tickets will be issued only when released by FIFA or the official ticketing authority. Once tickets are available, Sponsor will attempt to forward tickets (electronic or otherwise) to the email address on file for the winner. FIFA or the official ticketing authority may prohibit transfer/forwarding; in the event Sponsor is unable to forward tickets due to FIFA or ticketing authority restrictions, the tickets shall be deemed to have no value for purposes of this Giveaway and Sponsor shall have no obligation beyond attempting delivery as described herein. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, changes, cancellations, or issues caused by FIFA, the ticketing authority, or the event organizer.

 

7. FIFA Terms; Venue Rules

All tickets are subject to FIFA’s terms and conditions, ticketing rules, and venue rules, including without limitation restrictions on resale, transfer, and use. Refer to FIFA’s official ticketing terms and conditions for full details. Winners must comply with all FIFA ticketing policies and venue regulations. Sponsor is not responsible for any refusal of admission by FIFA, the venue, or event organizers.

 

8. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be announced on Sponsor’s social channels and at scheduled local events through June 8, 2026. Winners may also be contacted via the contact information provided on the entry form. Winners must claim their Prize within one (1) day (24 hours) of the announcement by replying to the notification and confirming the email address on file for ticket delivery. If a winner cannot be verified or fails to claim the Prize within one (1) day of announcement, an alternate winner may be selected. Limit one (1) Prize per person during the Entry Period. Confirmed winners are ineligible to receive additional Prizes, notwithstanding the total number of entries submitted or subsequent drawings conducted by Sponsor.

 

9. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

10. Claiming Prizes; Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees or expenses not expressly stated as part of the Prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for applicable prize value. By accepting a Prize, winners agree to provide Sponsor with any tax documentation reasonably requested.

 

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information, photographs, statements, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed without additional compensation.

 

12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy [link to privacy policy]. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for administration of the Giveaway and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

 

13. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, FIFA, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any Prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage. Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or in any Giveaway-related materials.

 

14. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) the Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles; and (c) venue for any dispute shall be in Orange County, California.

 

15. Sponsor’s Decisions Final

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

 

16. Miscellaneous

If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway or these Official Rules (in whole or in part) and to award Prizes from among eligible entries received prior to cancellation. If FIFA or the official ticketing authority prohibits or prevents the transfer or forwarding of tickets for any reason, Sponsor shall have no further obligation with respect to those tickets and such tickets shall be deemed to have no value for purposes of this Giveaway. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Giveaway or undermine its legitimate operation may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and will result in disqualification.

 

17. Affiliation

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, Instagram, Facebook, X, or any other social media platform. You understand that you are providing information to Sponsor and not to any other party.
